Neele always has a lot to say and she shakes it off, like dead skin falling Her heart vibrates, her belly moves, her hands and feet become four hooves. She soaks beans, she sings, her arms stretch wide She hangs her pictures deep inside All coloured glass and silver thread in dreams she enters in our heads. When Neele sleeps in her caravan her hooves become eight spindly hands she weaves a web from out her chest and hangs at centre of her nest. With her eight eyes, she sees eight sights and knows she doesn't always quite know which one is best for her which direction, which water will cool her down, refresh her skin now she's not afraid to dive right in. At the station she waits alone she knows that she is going home she says her home is in her bowl I know her home is in her soul.

Lavender 03:35
I had a dream, I met death in the street and she was so kind to me, she had white hair down to her feet she drew back her black hood and smiled ten thousand wrinkled lines and she shook lavender at me and said "it's not time to meet" "It's not time for us to meet" And when I awoke, and you were warm beside me I knew you weren't going to leave by the blood and the bone, the soil and the stone So let's sail in our streams you on one boat and I on another and in between, our sisters and brothers, our mothers and fathers and lovers And let's shake lavender when it's not time to meet when it's not time for us to meet

Little Bird 03:03
Oh little bird, won't you come down to see me? Little bird, won't you come down from your home made of bone and stone and scratchings of the ground that you found. Cause it's the time, it's the place, it's the sun hits the cracks they grow fatter and that's all good King Henry needs he goes green and he leaves so we'll feast off the fat of the land. Oh little bird, won't you crack your egg? Cause it's late in the day and I'm ready for bed. Salute for the king, hear the bugle calling but it's the source, it's the seed, it's the belly we should be thanking. Oh little bird, won't you crack your egg? Cause I'm hungry and tired, and the sky's turning red.
